Research Committee Reading Group

Join the research committee reading group!

This is a Research Committee working group comprised of PhD students interested in everything B Corps. We meet quarterly online to discuss the latest research on B Corps and the broader hybrid organizing movement, with invited guest authors who share their research journey and participate in an open Q&A.

In our second session will be discussing “Good corp, bad corp, and the rise of B Corps: How market incumbents’ diverse responses reinvigorate challengers (ASQ 2022), on how the B Corp movement deploys divergent mobilizing frames to avoid cooptation or marginalization, sustain their challenge against incumbents, and achieve more-transformative change. Prof. Suntae Kim will be joining us as guest author discussant for the session. The session details are as follows:

Date & Time: 23rd September 2024 (Monday), 10.45am – 11:30am (EST) / 4.45pm – 5.30pm (CEST)
