Congratulations to B Academics Executive Director, Jessica Yinka Thomas, on joining B Lab’s new Regional Standards Advisory Group for the U.S. & Canada region! Regional Standards Advisory Groups provide continuous input on B Lab’s standards, specifically focusing on context, relevance, and best practices for different markets. Advisory Groups include Asia, Australasia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, the United Kingdom and now the U.S. and Canada. Given the evolution of the B Corp certification standards, Jessica’s role on this advisory board will be critical to the academic perspective of the B Corp movement.
